Terms of service

In effect since September 28, 2026

In short: you pay for a video at a fixed price, tell us what you want, approve the script and we produce it. It includes one round of changes and its license. If we can't produce what you ask for, we refund your full payment before we start.

What you're buying

A finished video of the type you chose (15-second reel, 30-second spot, 60-second brand video or 90-second website walkthrough), with a script, a professional synthetic voice, licensed music, subtitles, your brand on screen, the three formats (vertical, square and horizontal; for the website walkthrough, horizontal and vertical), one round of changes and its license note. The published price includes Mexican VAT (IVA).

How it's produced

After paying, you fill out the spec form. From it we write the script and send it to you on WhatsApp within one business day.
We don't produce until you approve the script. When you approve it, we give you the delivery date: 2, 3, 4 or 5 business days depending on the video, counted from approval.
A large part of the video is produced with artificial intelligence models (visuals, voice and music), with review at every step. Any people who appear are synthetic, unless you send us your own photos or videos.
If we don't receive the form or your approval of the script, the order stays on hold. After 60 days without a reply, we close it and the payment is not refunded.

Changes

Includes one round of changes to what you asked for and approved: lines, a shot, the order, the music.
Changing the script after approval, switching products or asking for a different video is an extra round with an additional cost, which we tell you before doing it.

Refunds

If we can't produce what you ask for (see "What we don't do"), we tell you and refund your full payment before writing the script.
You can cancel with a full refund as long as you haven't approved the script.
After you approve the script, production is already under way and there is no refund; you do have your round of changes.

What we don't do

We don't imitate the voice, face or identity of real people without their written consent; we don't invent testimonials or reviews; we don't produce videos that pose as news, official documents or communications from another organization; we don't use other companies' brands to suggest a relationship that doesn't exist; we don't aim a video at a private individual; and we don't produce sexual, violent or discriminatory content, or content that breaks the law or the policies of the platforms where it will be published.

Your information and your claims

What the video says about your business (prices, promotions, results, "the best in…") is backed by you. We produce the message; we don't certify it. If your industry has regulated advertising, tell us in the form.

Delivery, license and use

We deliver the files through a download link (WhatsApp or email), available for at least 30 days. Every video comes with its license note, which states the permitted uses: social media, website and paid ads. We may show your video as an example of our work unless you ask us not to, in the form or in writing.

Payment and invoicing

Payment is by card through Stripe; we don't store your card details. We issue a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) if you request it in the form and email us your tax details with your order number.
