Privacy notice

In short: we keep what you write in your order form to produce your video and get in touch with you. We use your data only for that, to charge and invoice you, and to reply to you. We don't sell or rent your data.

Responsible party

Juan Pablo Arellano Elizalde, operating under the Omnistudio brand, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.

What this site does (and doesn't do)

Payment happens on Stripe, on its secure page. We never see or store your card details; Stripe shares the payment status and a reference for the charge with us.
Your order's spec form is stored on our servers (hosted on Cloudflare) together with your order number, so we can produce your video and get in touch. While you fill it out, we also keep a draft only in your browser (local storage), which is deleted when you submit it.
If the form can't be submitted, WhatsApp opens with your answers so you can decide whether to send them.
We don't use cookies or tracking tools. We only keep anonymous daily counters (how many visits each page had and how many orders were started), with no personal data or identifiers.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts; like any website, those providers receive technical connection data (such as your IP address) in order to serve the page. To prevent abuse, the form limits submissions per connection during the day, without storing your address.

Your account

You can create an account to see your orders and download your videos. You sign in with a one-time code we email you (we don't store passwords) or with Facebook.
If you sign in with Facebook, we only receive your name, your email and a profile identifier, to link your account to your orders. We never post anything on your behalf or access your friends or posts.
Your session is kept in a strictly necessary technical cookie (omni_s), which expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
Deleting your account and your data: write to us at fondos.dharma@gmail.com from your account's email with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 10 business days at most, together with your orders and files, except what the law requires us to keep for invoicing.

Data we process

When you order a video, write to us or hire us, we may process: name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, your business's name and industry, city, website or social media, the information in your order (your audience, goals, what must or must not appear, tone, references), your tax details if you request an invoice, and the materials you choose to share with us, such as your logo, colors, photographs, text or recordings.

We keep your order information for as long as the service lasts and afterwards for the time the law requires for invoicing. You can ask us to cancel it at any time (see ARCO rights).

We don't collect sensitive personal data. If a video were to use the voice or image of a real person, we only do so with that person's express written consent, signed by them, stating which video it is for and to what extent. We never imitate someone's voice or face without that consent.

What we use it for

Necessary purposes: receiving your order, writing and sending you the script, producing and delivering the video you hired us for, issuing its license note, charging and invoicing, replying to your messages and following up.

Additional purposes: sending you information about our services. If you don't want us to use your data for this, write to fondos.dharma@gmail.com at any time; it doesn't affect the service you hired.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. To provide the service we use providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: card payments (Stripe), messaging (WhatsApp), email, hosting and storage (Cloudflare), and artificial intelligence services that process your order and your materials to produce the video (text, image, video and voice models). We would only hand your data to an authority when the law requires it.

Your rights (ARCO)

Under Mexican data protection law you can access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its use, and revoke your consent, by writing to fondos.dharma@gmail.com with:

your name and a way to reply to you;
a document that proves your identity (or your representative's);
which right you want to exercise and over which data;
anything that helps us find it (for example, the number you wrote to us from).

We will reply within 20 business days at most.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we will publish the new version on this same page with its update date.
